How does pricing work?
Every move is unique, so we base your fixed-price quote on the size, services, distance, and special requirements of your move. We take the time to understand your move first, then the quote is the agreed price for that scope. Additional services or changes are always discussed first.
Do I need to pack everything before you arrive?
No. You can choose the level of service that works for you. If you’ve already packed, we’ll load, transport, and unload. If you only need loading or unloading help with your rental truck or container, we do that too. Or, if you’d rather skip the stress, we offer full-service packing and unpacking.
How do I get a quote?
Getting a quote is simple. Complete the online quote form or contact us by phone, text, or email. A Miller Moves representative will contact you to discuss your move and determine the best way to prepare your estimate. Our preferred method is in person because it provides the most accurate fixed-price quote. If an in-person visit isn’t practical, we can often complete the estimate using a video walkthrough. When necessary, we can also begin with a phone consultation. After reviewing your move, we’ll provide a clear, fixed-price quote.
